Phil is the Pastor of Missional Formation and Campus Pastor for Zoe's (a downtown multisite) with Christ Community Church in Greeley, CO. While committed to the missional-incarnation / sending heartbeat of the Church, Phil's calling has led him to primarily work with leaders in existing churches who desire to move in greater missional ways both on a grassroots level as well as an organizational level. Phil passionately believes that the sending impulse of the local church is one of the greatest, but often under utilized, assets we have in helping people die to themselves so Christ can fully live. His involvement with the Missio team has included him being an MCAP participant, Coach, and consultant. He currently is one of the architechs and coaches for MORPH.

Phil is deeply in love with his wife Nicole and their 3 children Victoria, Eliana, and Levi. His seemingly boundless passion for coffee, the often unjust coffee trade, and creating community where it doesn't exist has led him to start Zoe's Cafe and Event Center in Greeley. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Greeley's Downtown Development Authority.
