The West has become a mission field. Since a good missionary always starts by listening to the context to which they are sent, we must listen to Westerners in order to understand how to reach them. What do we hear? They aren’t looking for a church. So let’s give them something that looks different and start where Jesus started two thousand years ago – in culture.

Zer0 develops leaders that act and think like missionaries. The goal is not to create churches, but instead create a natural outgrowth of communities of Christians who embed themselves deeply into the culture and live in such a way that the culture is drawn into Kingdom life.

Zer0 teaches and models an entirely new set of leadership skills – those required to lead people on mission. Through annual intensives and online networking, we are equipping church planters with the tools for becoming missionaries to culture.

  • Getting coached “as you go” and “as you need.”
  • Learning from coaches as well as peers.
  • Working at your own pace as you lay the framework for an emerging congregation.
  • Being challenged to grow in skills that go way beyond what you’ve learned in seminary or past church experiences.
  • Exposure to ministry contexts around the world.
  • Networking with like-minded leaders worldwide.
